Bristol workshops take place at JISC Digital Media's home, the Institute for Learning and Research Technology (ILRT), University of Bristol:

Workshops start at 10am and end by 4.30pm.

Please note that if travelling by train, the most convenient station is Bristol Temple Meads and not Bristol Parkway. Further information about accommodation in the Bristol area is also available.

ILRT is situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a listed Georgian townhouse with complex access facilities. There is disabled wheelchair access from the disabled parking area to the rear of the building on the groundfloor and an internal lift to fit wheelchairs up to the Hawaii Suite on the 3rd floor, where most JISC Digital Media workshops take place.

If you are a wheelchair user or have any other disability which would need to use an 'evacuation chair' in the case of fire or other emergency, it is important that you contact us at least 2 weeks prior to your visit so that necessary arrangements can be made.
