JISC Digital Media courses are run in small groups, giving attendees plenty of opportunity to discuss individual issues with the tutors and other participants.
The courses focus on providing vital hands-on training supported with well structured technical information to give attendees the skills, knowledge and confidence required to work with digital media (still images, moving images and audio).
Learning activities are supported by clearly illustrated workbooks, providing each participant with detailed reference materials to take away with them.
"The tutor was obviously an expert in the subject and was able to answer all questions raised..."
We have just launched our first free-to-use online tutorial: Internet for Image Searching
The tutorial is designed to assist staff and students in locating images for use in both teaching and learning. The emphasis is on finding copyright-cleared images which are available free; facilitating quick, hassle-free access to a vast range of online photographs and other visual resources.
To be informed as soon as new workshops are announced, please join the JISC Digital Media mailing list or subscribe to our Training RSS or Atom feed.
