JISC Digital Media has surveyed a range of image management software developers to gather specific information about their systems. These are the responses from LogicMighty MediaLibrary.

We asked the system developer to use 50-100 words to sum up and promote their system to a very broad audience: MediaLibrary software is web-based, for non-technical administrators/users to manage and retrieve digital photos, logos, artwork, audio/video clips, documents. Installed on customer server or hosted by LogicMighty for unlimited number of users. Role based user management streamlines privileges. Easy Active Directory access across an intranet or OpenID via the internet. Populating library, adding metadata, maintaining permissions and searching or browsing for digital files is simple. Features include auto keyword generation from title and description text; synchronisation of IPTC XMP EXIF data; hard linking of permission documents; auto generated related media displayed in order of relevancy and customised reporting.
