JISC Digital Media provides an enquiry service giving free help and advice to the UK Further and Higher Education community on all aspects of:

• Digitising analogue media (still images, audio, moving images)
• Creating new digital media
• Managing and delivering digital collections
• Using digital media in learning and teaching

If you use the enquiry service, we aim to acknowledge your enquiry within one working day. Your enquiry will be assigned to the member of the team with that subject expertise and he/she will try to resolve your enquiry within 5 working days. Some niche queries can take a bit of time to research the answer: in these instances we aim to resolve them within 10 working days.
