The new official Moodle app for iPhone offers some very interesting media capture and embedding functions, and many other features for accessing and uploading to Moodle on the move...
Moodle have recently released My Moodle - the first official Moodle app for the iPhone - which allows mobile access to course materials, uploads, and even direct recording of audio via the phone's microphone. While not intended as a replacement for the full Moodle interface, the app adds some useful mobile functionality and tools, especially for adding digital media to Moodle courses. The app requires Moodle 2.1 or later and at least iOS 4.2. and hopefully we will see an equivalent Android app soon.

The app is available free of charge from the iTunes store:

If you're a Moodle/iPhone user we'd be interested to hear if this app offers the kind of functionality you need, and if so how you're using it.
